The Iyengar Yoga Institute of
San Francisco. Featured in the book YOGA, by Yoga Journal, Catherine blends ancient tradition with modern technique.

and movement. She teaches

Susan Cranna has practiced Iyengar style yoga since 1997 and credits her practice with helping to bring balance and harmony to her life. Since 2002, Susan has taught yoga with humor, patience and individual attention, hoping to increase student confidence as well as ability.

Serge Dautricourt has been practicing yoga since 2003. He spent 7 months at Mount Madonna Center, where he earned his yoga certification. He has also studied Thai Yoga Massage in Chiang Mai, Thailand and has taught in Provence, France and Rio de Janeiro state, Brazil.

Helen Loo completed a
200-hour Foundations-to-Flow teacher training based upon Baron Baptiste’s sequence. Her style is an organically playful blend of strength, balance, grace, flexibility, and insight, inviting students to surrender to their own practice. She enjoys drawing from multiple yoga disciplines and is also a professional vocalist.

Karen McCavitt has been practicing yoga for 20 years and graduated from The Iyengar Yoga Institute's Advanced Teacher Training Program. Karen has been featured in the Yoga Journal for her expertise in yoga for cyclists. Karen's focus is to balance strength and flexibility in a flowing style.

Annette Smith, has been a serious yoga student for 8 years. Having started yoga to alleviate back pain, she now incorporates it into her life on a daily basis.
Annette’s approach to yoga and life is, do what feels good and have fun doing it.
